Default Valentine Day and Fishing

OK guys, Iím just trying to help out some of the younger married guys in getting permission to go fishing more this year. Iím posting this early because it takes time to set up with the wife. If you do this you will enjoy more time on the water fishing and will become the star in your wifeís eyes Ė you will be the man!

First, you need to get an envelope and write on the front these words Ė donít be scared, it works! Just keep thinking more time to fish.

1. Buy wife a Valentine Gift
2. Buy a new fishing rod and reel.

Place a $10 and some ones in the envelope and fold and put in your back pocket and place your pants in the hamper to get washed. The idea is for her to find the envelope with the chump chance. Donít worry this is only the first week. She will wash the pants and replace the envelope back in the same pocket but the pants will be clean. Why will she do this because all woman want to know what you will do.

On the second week write on the envelope some notes under your options Ė the notes should read ďextra money, smaller lunches and less beer. Now put some more money into the envelope, say about $30 and some chance, nicks, dimes and a few pennies. The pennies are the key! Again fold and place in your pocket and place your pants in the hamper. Now she will start hoping that you choose option one Ė and you will also get some extra money from her (she will start helping you save the money).

Keep doing this all the way up to Valentine but the last week you have to have a couple hundred in the envelope Ė she will be going crazy wanting to know what your are going to do. Now this is key Ė on this last week you need to walk around the house with a fishing catalog and every time she is comes into the room make sure she see you looking at it.

When the day comes take the money and buy your wife a valentine gift, it donít matter what it is as long as it is for her. You were going to spend the money anyway but now she is thinking you made the choose of her. The rest of the year is yours and you will be able to go fishing anytime.

Just remember marriage is not a word but a sentence!
