Default Optima Batteries?

I am looking to upgrade to the Blue Top Optima batteries for trolling. Does anyone have any bad experiences with these batteries? How long do they usually last? As expensive as these are, I would just like to hear a few reviews from guys who may use them all the time.

I've had mine for 2 years now and no trouble. I can fish 3days on one charge but then again I only have a 24v system. But well worth the price.

"Everstart all the way, had a battery go bad, wal-mart swapped it out no prob".

I can appreciate the fact that they would swap out the bad battery; but, will they come to the lake during a tournament and swap it out. Or, when the wind kicks up and you need power...now!!

Reliability, Dependability, and Performance trump a good return policy.

Just my $.02 cents.
