Blast off flights, or just weigh in flights?

Jigs the flights tend to always launch in order from first boat drawn the weigh-ins are seperated by 15 minute intervals.

So theoretically, if you are first boat out and have a slower boat, last boat out could pass you and still have more time to fish? Fair???? Why not have a delay in flight blast offs, I do it for my tournament, seems only fair.

I can't say enough good things about Gene's circuit. Hands down it is one of the most fun, well organized and personable tournament I have ever fished. They take great care of the fish and the BBQ afterwards provides a great place for people to hang out and share stories. If I didn't have the new little one, I would definitely be fish it again this season. Tight lines to all who particpate.

Jigs,
So let me get this straight. R U saying at your tourney, if I have a 200 hp motor, you'll hold the 225's & 250's ten minutes or more, because if I go out before them, they could pass me, and thats unfair?

FE

PS don't mean to hijack Gene's post, but when I read jigs reply, I became confused
