WRL Opener on McClure this Saturday
Will they pull 100 boats or bust because of BBT?

Re: WRL Opener on McClure this Saturday
I have a couple of questions....
What is WRL offering for the TOC?
Legend Boat? Another boat? Cash? It isn't posted.
Will the boat launch order be drawn the morning of the tournament or the night before?

Re: WRL Opener on McClure this Saturday
Will all the payments be covered?
Will the boat certificate be paid in full to prior to the TOC or will the certificate not be paid until the winners try to redeem it or sale it, then have to wait 6 months to have it paid in full, then have to wait another six months to have the boat delivered?
Who is handeling the money for the TOC, who is running the books, who is vetting the anglers? And the really big question is - who is going to fish it?
Is the new entry fee for all divisions or just Danny's? Where does the additional 10$ go to the TD or to the general pot? Will staff actually have to work the events or just blast off first and come in last?
From Danny's Division - "New entry fee this year $100.00 which includes $10.00 Big Fish, this Big Fish options is paid back 2 places (65% & 35%) at 100%. $10.00 insurance/permit fee. Option pots of $10.00, $20.00, & $30.00. Options are paid back 100% and all in is $180.00 with late fee."

I haven't fished any of Danny's events in a long time but I think that blast off was in order of entry. Don't know for sure.

Re: WRL Opener on McClure this Saturday
This information should be transparent what are the fees for the entire region, where is the additonal monies going and how will they be set aside for TOC prizes. As a consumer i will not track down that information, it needs to be transparent and with the past being what it is if they are going to have a punchers chance at continuing on with the WRL they will need to be transparent.
With Randy Pringle no longer affiliated with the WRL, I will also no longer support the WRL. So i will not be contact Danny P any time soon, but I appreciate the suggestion to contact him.

So Ash....if you are not supporting WRL...why ask all the questions? Just curious.

Ranger Jokey - As you know i HAVE BEEN a long time supporter of the WRL, however after seeing how things have changed since Corny started it and Mark took it over i will not be supporting it. After seeing first hand what transpired over the course of the the last two years EVERY ANGLER needs to ask themselves these questions - even if its not the WRL - I dont trust the administration - and believe that these questions should be identified. I take it your still fishing it this year?
