Bill, I have no doubt that you have all of YOUR stuff together!!! I have alot of respect for you and was excited when I heard you were going to run a series up here as I told you during the swimbait only tourney, I also told you that your pay-out were MUCH better than what we were use to up here with the WON series that we have been fishing! Unfortunitly this first Won tourney (along with the rookie) has started all this but you have to admit it looks awful strange that a tourney with less than 1/2 the boats pays more out than the other!?

Bill I understand about the lower entry (rookie) Gary and i talked about it last year, you stated "WON pays out 75% of what it brings in plus 100% of options" I was saying we did not get 75% thats all
I like fishing WON and will keep doing so, Gary runs a killer tourney as you do to,so please dont mistake my ?? as a attack on you or WON just wanting answers,
Also as I stated the summer took 6 to the TOC last year
rookie took 10
mother load 9
IMO again each region puts more into the TOC than the summer series it only makes sence to fish the summer than the region we save money were and tear and so on,at the same time if everyone did this WON will be loosing out and in turn us fisherman would loose out. just my 2cnts im sure you will give me some change!!!!

Didn't mean to bash anyone, just like welder dude, just lookin for the answer. When you take the payout money and put it into a percentage it breaks down to about 48%. Not 75 or 67. We just want to know what our cut is, as it didn't seem right. That's all.

Here is an example payback for my tourney's on Oroville:
My last tournament had 35 boats. Basic entry is $175 (including BF). $15/$30/$40 options-100%payback on options-.

Total entry fees taken in-$6125
TOC fees- $1190
Director-$630
INS-$75
Payback (including $350BF)- $4230 (69%)

1st-$1440
2nd-$780
3rd-$520
4th-$440
5th-$280
6th-$220
7th-$200

With options 1st took home over $2700 2nd- $1300 3rd- $900 and because of our change to the $15 option (middleman option) 17th and 19th place (18th was not in option) split the $285 that was in that option (142.50 each) and the draw for half of the late fees went to boat #18 $70. We also had great BBQ tri-tip sandwiches for the Anglers after they came off the water. I think it will just get better, the more we learn in the comming months. Any questions feel free to p.m. me or give me a call 530-589-2601 Jason.

hey guys....i am robert mansor... i run the aba motherlode... i don't care if an angler "asks" to see a report or not...there is "always" a sheet that shows what came in and what went out posted at my events...." I KNOW FOR A FACT", the aba has the best payback...i have been telling people aba pays back 72% @ each event and 82% at the t.o.c..and i was proud to tell my anglers that...now you other aba td's are telling me we actually payback 82% @ each event....."MAKES ME FEEL EVEN BETTER" ...our season opener for the aba motherlode is dec13...come and see why "WE WILL" have the most pro teams in the motherlode this season...jamie and i put every effort into making "EVERYONE" feel like they are important to us... our bbq is awesome, we give out custom clothing to top 3 teams, and most impressive is @ the awards, all the fisherman stay after and bs w/everyone...no one is in a hurry to leave. "WE HAVE THE BEST GUYS" FISHIN THE ABA MOTHERLODE..... "WANNA JOIN EM" ..ABA

I feeling like I'm buying a car. I have heard alot of talk from WON but still have seen no numbers from the Sunday Pro team event and still have no answer for the difference in payback for the Rookie division. If we could just see numbers on this site it would be over.

Just imagine if we drew 100 boats for our team tournaments.
With options 1st place would be 5920.00, second place would be 3475.00, third place would be 2400.00. These pay outs would be close to the Stren pay outs
