You can not use 5 hooks on the ones that Tackle It sells, Call Ed.

Blades don't look like minnows. They are just an attractor. When was the last time you saw a fish caught on the blade of a spinner bait. I only catch them on the hook.

Oh boy heere I go again>>>>>Blades Greg

This is not a new idea. Commercial fishermen have been doing this for years. So this is where bass fishing needs to head. What's next, 5 frogs... How about 5 senkos?

Greg. You just proved my point. Blades on a spinnerbaits mimic a ball of bait. Isn't that what the a rig does? So why can't you put a bunch of blades on the a rig and one swimbait? Like you said, the fish aren't gonna eat the blade. They're gonna eat what looks singled out, the swimbait. I'm gonna go try that.

The problem I have is the multiple hooks.

you've never caught two fish on a ripbait, or crankbait? fish school up and are very competitive for food. it happens! almost every reaction lure has multiple hooks.

Yeah, but this is going overboard. 3 hooks isn't so bad, but when people are putting 5 swimbaits on it. That's just ridiculous... As well as illegal.

I dont care either way, I just hope the DFG can some how keep the meat hunters at bay. I used this thing when I could not get bit on normal condition baits, and got a limit. I think they should not be banned in general but tourmanent fishing is a grey area that will need to be discussed by every org dirrector. I have to admit it has spiked sales for all retailers out there so that point is a good one for the overall economy. Guys buy the baits, we sell them the baits, they catch the fish, we stay in business. Sounds good to me
