Default I wish lowrance

Could have waited till I finished processing the sticker shock on the HDS units, LSS1, and sonic hub before they came out with gen2. I bet they already got the gen 3 that you can split screen and watch football or some crap.

Navico is the parent company that owns Lowrance. They also own Simrad which is the company that Johnny C indicated has a touch screen unit available now.

You can check out these NSS units here:

I'm waiting until Apple comes out with a fish finder for my iPad.

I still can't figure out how to use the units I just got. Things are complicated. Every time I try to turn it on my tongue goes numb for hours. Lol

Couldn't you just get the Navionics app for the iPad and mount your iPad on a mount when your fishing and use it? I mean in the rain I don't know what you'd do. But it sounds like it would work right?

Who knows, I'm leaving the power off and going bed fishing. I guess I need 4 10' power poles that raise my boat 6' off the water so I can target a 2# fish and work his ass for hours.
