Imagine a new Ranger Z118 with Evinrude E-Tec 150hp - fully rigged, sitting in your garage at the end of the season.
And though you now own this beautiful rig valued at over $35,000 free and clear, your biggest source of pride comes from the fact that you obtained this boat by besting a vast legion of competitors that fought long and hard with you over six grueling events, at multiple lakes throughout the state, in some of the most adverse conditions.
And this weekend’s FPT Folsom Lake event dubbed the “Capitol City Showdown” represents the last chance for you to make that dream come true, as it is the 2nd event of the FPT’s six event season, and the last chance for some teams to qualify for the FPT’s year-end championship – the Future Pro Tour Classic, which takes place in March of 2014 at Clear Lake.
As it is required for teams to fish at least 5 of the 6 FPT events scheduled in 2013, this is event is a “must attend” for anyone that missed the season opener at Clear Lake, who may be looking to qualify for the FPT’s prestigious year-end championship - in which only 77 teams will earn the right to participate in.
And if you have not signed up yet …stop panicking, it’s not too late. You can sign-up at the ramp the morning of the event (4am - Granite Bay ramp) and put yourself in a position to win the prize of a lifetime and all of the “braggin” rights that go with it!
Remember limited membership fees of just $5 per angler are available for those that just want to try out the FPT…so come on down and join the fun!
See you all there!
