I dunno if I am the only one freaking out right now, but he's in 2nd! Coming from the Stren Series here to do that is pretty incredible in my opinion.

You would have had my money if you would have taken the Cody versus 5 deal.

I REALLY want to see him just beat those local guys but could you imagine how those guys back there will feel to have a SECOND FLW millionaire from the west? There may be some boats for sale in the parking lot.
Don't forget our other westie Rusty Salewske.

The kid is a ANIMAL. He is really excited but also keeping it in perspective (nothing new for him) He is more focused this week than he ever has been, PRETTY SCARY FOR THE GUYS OUT THERE!!! Go get em buddy. Maybe this is what it takes for some people to open there eyes about this guy, I know he is a close friend of mine and I pump him a lot but cmon people what else does he have to do, and Im not directing that at anybody on the west coast WE ALL KNOW OUT WEST he is the real deal. Tom I was with you on that bet I was too busy to post that night about it.

Wow! Cody is just unreal. Let us not forget the other west coaster currently tied for 1st. Rusty Salewske. It is obvious at this point that Cody Meyer is going to be the next big hitter from the west. It simply amazes me how he always finds a away to get into that top group time after time. And it doesn't seem to matter what the competition is like. Anyway more power to them both. And hopefully one of them can bring the cup back to California. That would be cool, we would have both the Bassmater Classic and the Forestwood Cup. Tomorrow will be interesting.

Benno

P.S. Oh man, what about Hackney! That was impressive.
