Default Swimbait set-up....what line?

This should get a reply or two I am sure! I want a good line to throw the larger baits on...Punkers,Hudds,etc. My setup is a Revo Toro 60 on a Dobyns Champion 806H-what brand/test you guys suggest (I am not a P-Line or Trilene fan so they are both off my list!).Tighties fellers!

Personally I use 25lb Big Game. Its cheap line but really strong. If you dont want to go with Big Game then Go Suffix 25lb. That is some KILLER mono and again its real cheap but SUPER strong. People say you NEED to throw a punker on 80lb braid, I personally just use mono. I had NO problems with getting it to walk on super long casts(6inch version). I was useing the Dobyns Champion 806HSB, I casted it out as far as I possibly could and got it to walk on the first rod twitch every time.

25# Maxima Ultra Green......awesome for big baits... a little pricey, but mono just doesn't get any tougher........... I use 20# & 25# Big Game a lot too

I love braid for the 6" Punker and most other topwater, but throwing heavy baits on braid tends to aggrevate the tendonitis in my elbow........... no problem walking a 9" Punker w mono

Big game for me. Cheap and strong. Tried P-line CXX....but I like big game better. Not sure about what works best with a punker....still trying to figure that out myself...

maxima Ultra green 20 for the smaller rods and swimbaits and maxima ultra green 25 for the heavier rods and larger swimbaits. The other day I snagged up and could not break the Maxima 25. I just couldnt do it. I had to have another guy help me and he was amazed and thought I was faking it not being able to break it until I handed him the rod and he couldnt do it either. Together we finally broke it off at the knot. I am a maxima beliver and will not use anything else on my big bait rods. Period

Tom got me on Suffix for swimmers....... I throw baitsmiths/top hooks on 17lb and huds and wake jrs. ect..... on 20. SuperStrong. Its comes off like butter too. I throw Basstrix on 15lb seagaur flouro. It sinks a little better for more depth coverage and sensitive to feel the lite bites.
