Default Which Sunglasses?

I am looking to buy some Polarized Sunglasses soon. I know everyone says to spend the money on good ones, I am all for that. I just dont know which ones... I have been looking at some Oakleys, Wileys, Costa Del Mar, and I know there are a lot more out there. Which would you say is the best on the market?

Thanks again

Josh

I have owned about 10 pairs. I lose a pair a week. I have not owned any Oakley "Fishing" glasses - but, I have owned - WileyX, Costa, Smith Action Optics, Maui Jim, Eye Surrender, Kaenon, Sun Cloud, Solar Bat and about 10 other pairs in the past 2 years.

My favorite - Costa (580 lense in Amber(non bright days) or Grey(super bright days))
My pick for the best value - Eye Surrender
Most rugged - WileyX
Most Comfortable - Maui Jim

The Smith Action Optics are a close 2nd for my favorite.

I'd buy the ones that fit your face the best 1st. I think Oakley and Costa have some of the best lenses available and I use both.

Better start shopping at Walmart so you can afford food and shoes for the kid.

i've been using eye surrenders for a few years now and they are awesome. never broke a pair, super clear lens, can't go wrong! they are so light its tough for me to wear other glasses. the amber's my favorite all around but the green is pretty solid for everything. good luck!

+1 on the Eye Surrenders...They are great, light weight, super clear and great fitting. I have owned several pair of $150+ glasses and these are equal to if not better than all of those!

I've had a couple pairs of the DSO Polarized that i actually won in a WON Bass night derby and they were amazing glasses. They retail for around $80 and are incredible. Currently I have some SPY Polarized glasses, grey lenses and they are pretty nice as well.

Tom is right on IMO....Costa's w/400 or 580's or Smith Optics are almost as good.
