Default Dove hunting

Well Dove season is just around the corner. Shot shells and related items seem to get more expensive every year.
This weekend the Hook is going to have a large Dove hunting sale, starting on Saturday Dove shot 12ga and 20ga will be $59.99 per case 2 3/4" 1 1/8oz 7.5 shot.
That's just the beginning all dove items will be on sale at a great savings including all camo clothing and many of our guns for instance a Browning BPS 28ga normally $649.99 for $499.99.
Come down and join us or check out our on line store at hookkproshop.com

Thanks Gene

What size shot is best for hummingbirds. We go through 65 pounds of sugar each year feeding those damned annoying little buggers. My wife has a bunch of Peach Laughing Doves. Except for the reddish colors they look exactly like Morning Doves. I wonder if they are legal to use as practice?

What's the best territory for doves, churches and school yards?

a good cattle stock pond with a washed out gravely road leading to it next to 1000 acres of sunflowers in the middle of kansas is a sure bet!!! then wrap the breasts in thick bacon marinate in honey and italian dressing overnight then put them in the smoker is the best way to eat them!!

I have gone the last two years to Winterhaven down in Imperial Valley and it is just retarded with the amount of birds there are down there. Mourning, white wings and eurasians...We hunted on a pig farm and it was stanky, but you had to be quick if one fell in the pig pens, cuz the pigs would just gobble them up wish I was going this year, but not in the cards. Oh the memories...
