National Bass West Lake Havasu tournament this Saturday 100% payback
 

Come join us for the first event of the season featuring our 100% payback at Lake Havasu this coming Saturday, October 24, 2009.

We will be meeting for signups at Angler's Pro Shop between 4-6 p.m. on Friday, October 23rd and then again for sign-ups on Saturday morning starting at 5:00 a.m.

We will bring coffee, juice and danish for the morning and a barbecue during the weigh-ins.

We are listening to you the anglers and we hear you loud and clear.........THIS SEASON NATIONAL BASS WEST IS CHANGING OUR CHAMPIONSHIP LOCATION...(KNOWN AS OUR HAVASU CLASSIC....) TO ANOTHER LAKE. When we get the permits in hand, we will be making the announcement to you all.

Last season National Bass West for the regular 6 team events for the Colorado River Region, we paid out $70,915 IN THIS REGION ALONE.....(not counting the opens and the night events there at Lake Havasu).

I'm sure I can guess the "why" part but I'm sorry to see the change. I think Havasu is a great place to fish and it gets better every year.
