Ok so we did not catch any fish nor did we get bit. Just before the storms Bill was out and had a decent day catch fish up shallow with 51 degree water. On Sunday the water temp was 45-47 and the fish had lock jaw....

Threw everything I could think of with no luck.

Water is heavy stained with most areas having less than a foot of visablilty. Marked fish in a ton of areas just could not get them to eat.
