Well I think the weather is starting to stabilize. The temperature has increased a couple of degrees and for the most part it is very clear.
There are a lot of fish moving up and are going to do their thing this month and it will be the last for a few months.
The state has sprayed in a few areas but it doesn't look like it has affected the weeds yet. Franks Track is kicking out some nice fish, there are good fish deep in the tullies and and there are good fish on the points with current. Your standard color senkos 208, 925, 297 in the 9L series are catching a lot of fish. Drop shotting Robo and cut tail worms in MMIII, and 208 are doing very well.
If you go up north such as whites work the rock banks with weeds in front drop shot and punching, at high tide a buzz bait or horny toad over the top of the weed beds will give you a good bag.
If you have the patience start throwing a wake bait there are many different kinds Black Dog, Osprey and others are producing quality fish.
If your in the area stop by the Hook Line& Sinker we can point you in the right direction.
