Ok so i missed the part about it getting hot the weather man made me say it.
The wind did stop. There were some big bags weighed in last week at the Super team tournament. the winners were fishing pre spawn fish in 8 to 10 feet of water with jigs. I bet if they go back to those fish they have moved?
The fish have made a major transition the past week, many have moved up in less then 2 feet of water. The water is still stained but getting clearer and there are sightings of bass on beds.
South Delta has been producing more fish then central or west Delta. The temperatures have been more stable and warmer there. Franks Track ranges from 54 to 57 the cloud cover kept the temp stable this week. Big Break is alot like Franks the temp has not been stable for a full wave of spawning fish.
Fish have been caught with drop shot and Senko's and pretty much dead sticking them. As the day warms up you can catch them on top water such as buzz baits and lunker punkers in the dark colors. Look for sparse tullies with hard bottoms. White on White spinner baits have also been working.
