Default Kent Lake

Went to Kent last weekend. Hiked in from the Alpine damb side. Its 4.8 miles to Kent and the same back. For a couple dinks its not worth it, but i know that there are some pigs in there cause there are tons of trout. Wherever there are trout and bass, the bass are huge.

I grew up in San Rafael and used to fish Alpine, Bon Tempe, Phoenix and so on. Good to hear there are some donkeys out there.

how was the water level?
in the past (hehe 10 y ago) you'd only catch decent fish if they released water from alpine into kent,
w low water levels the dam and the next big cove are a better bet, but oh the hike and the parking....
how about allowing float tubes in that lake !!!!!

Andre lets go fishiing once when you get some time to go. The water was full last winter, but right now it is over twenty feet down. Alpine is way full and is spilling over. There are some pigs at kent. To catch fish at kent you need to work for it and earn it.

Dom E. Where do you live now. Is there any possible chance that you will still fish the Marin resavoirs.

I'm in sonoma county now but if I had a free day I would hit them for old time sakes. Rago swimbaits should kick [email protected]$ in those resevoirs.

I know that you fish private ponds. Any bigguns in the ponds.
