Default Basics Sonar Fundamentals Class - this Wed at Fisherman's Warehouse!

On Wednesday, April 14th from 5:30-7:30pm, at the Fisherman’s Warehouse in Sacramento, Future Pro "Tech" will host a FREE Sonar Fundamentals class that will truly be one of the best classes you will ever attend. Len Vinci from Johnson Outdoors will be the instructor, and he is an absolute master on the subject of sonar and how it directly applies to fish finders.

In this course student can expect to learn:

- Basic sonar fundamentals
- Basic unit functionality
- Setting alarms
- Resolving noise/interference issues
- Setting Waypoints
- Understanding Side Imaging
- Transducer technology/functionality
- Downloading software
- Offloading stored data

With the new side-imaging technology quickly becoming a "must have" feature for the serious competitive angler, this part lecture, part hands-on class will help you significantly reduce your learning curve regarding this new technology as well as enhance your basic understanding of sonar technology - regardless of the model of fish finder you own, or the type of species you fish for.

So whether you own a Lowrance, Humminbird, or Garmin… fish for bass, kokanee, our deep sea species, this class will have something for you!

This class is offered only a few times of the year in the Sacramento area, so this is your opportunity to join us. The first 25 students will receive a FREE NAVIONICS Hot Maps Explorer DVD (valued at $20) software that will allow you to plan or map an effective strategy on any lake - from the comfort of your PC at home, and then download it to your current NAVIONICS chip!

To participate in this class all you need to come to the Fisherman's Warehouse on Wednesday, April 14th at 5:30pm. But seating is limited, so to ensure you have place to sit down, please call or e-mail the FPT offices and we will guarantee you a place to sit.

Hope to see you all there!
