Columbia River Pre-Tournament Report
I am sure most of you have heard about the winds up here early in the week. The winds were horrible and the water was actually dangerous. Luckily the winds have laid down over the past 36 hours and we were able to get some decent pre-fishing in.
For me I was only able to catch a limit on one day during the pre-fish and it was only about 6 lbs. So the outlook isn't great for the event and I will be doing a lot of pre-fishing during the tournament but, that's the hand we were dealt and most of us are all in the same predicament. I wish I would have came up and pre-fished before the off-limits was up.
As for the tournament I got a good draw, boat #26 with a 2:40 Weigh in. The best part of it is I drew Gary Haraguchi. Fishing with Gary should be a lot of fun.
Who knows what's going to happen over the next few days but, this tournament is definitely up for grabs!
Catch up with you all later. Off to get some final tackle ready and get some sleep.
