Is that a launch ramp or slabs of some sort?

Re: Structures 102: Trolling Motor Mounted SI
Kinda looks like a Barge with some timbers on/around it. Or maybe a mobile home(without walls ). The problem is it is only 6' of water, so the sides are probably 2'-3' high when comparing the shadows. Looks like a few fish hanging around it as well....
Maybe it is a concrete ramp for private launching, kinda like the ones that individual homeowners build to launch in their back yard.

Re: Structures 102: Trolling Motor Mounted SI
This is a sunken barge. Amazing thing I was so busy fishing and watching my Side Imaging unit I seen it before looking into the water and lo and behold I could barely see it below the water's surface. It was about 3' below and you can see in the image the barge rose about half way into the water column so you can tell depth. Not only is there a barge but alot of trash under the water.
Again this image was taken from inside the KenLake Marina right around the Murray State Dock on the East Bank inside the jetty wall. There are a couple fish and will try to mark the image to show. But the benefits of Side Imaging on the trolling motor.

Great shot Doug, I was wondering, do you slow the screen rate down for the trolling motor mounted SI, because of moving slower shouldn't that help ith the picture clarity?

Match the Scrol/Screen Speed with the Boat speed is the best place to run it.

Re: Structures 102: Trolling Motor Mounted SI
I will give it a try. I took your advice and took some screen captures/snapshots this weekend. After I look at them I will try and post some for your input. Thanks again.

Re: Structures 102: Trolling Motor Mounted SI
Why not post your own image and let us guess what's in them. I recommend one per topic so we can discuss that image and what's in it!
