There is a liquor store/gas station/tackle shop on Lake Mead Blvd right on the way to the lake. It is on the right hand side and is about the last building before you get to the entrance of the state park. I think its called "Something" Stop - You can't miss it. The guys there have licenses and all you need for the trip.
