If you have the units networked with an ethernet cable, disconnect it and go to each unit and hit menu twice, go to Network hit enter, go to Data Sources and hit enter. Go to sonar and hit menu, go to scope and change it to local. When you have the ethernet cable linking the two units they recognize each other and will use each others transducers. If you leave the ethernet cable hooked up and make a setting change to which ducer to use on one unit it will make the same setting change on the other unit.
