The answer to your questions is: model# on the box is LMS520c, and it shuts off when the big motor is started, when ever it wants to, no rhyme or reason, no pattern to shutting off, turn it on while idling along and watch it load across the bottom of the screen then shuts off.......... very frustrating. Brand new cranking battery did not change a thing.
