if u are tent camping the state park is the best there is, when the county ran the snack shack they charged a slip fee, but now the county is no longer there so the state just charges a launch fee. the docks are farily new and they do have a locked gate so other campers cant get in. i have never had a problem there in 15 years of camping. if you have rv the edgewater would be my choice the the ramp sucks but they have power at the docks which the state park does not...have stayed at the edgewater and launched at the state park a few miles away...
u can also tent camp at the edgewater...state park go to...reserveamerica.com

11574 Clearlake State PArk in Kelseyville has boat slips. They do charge extra per day for the boat ramp/slip but it is wowrth it. The sights run like $25 a night plus like $10 for the boat access. The slips are locked access with a combination. The docks are in good shape. I think there are maybe 20 slips at most. They have a fish cleaning station. Hot showers. real toilets. some of the sights have shore access but the majority do not.

Have fun!

champion jon I believe the state park now has slips. They would not be right at your campsite however they are at the launch ramp. . You can pull your boat to your site at some spots but its no good if the wind blows. Camp sites there are nice. They have a nice ramp so pulling your boat out is no biggie. Also good fishin is right there.
