John,
Sorry to hear about your sieres of misfortunes and I am glad that you guys made it in OK. Gene is always there for the Anglers, and I try to support the HOOK Line and Sinker any time I am on that side of Bethel Island.

That whole Russo's package is awesome! They saved my partners and my butt a couple months back at a WRL event. Top notch folks and a top notch facility!

Huge Thanks to GB!!!
For those of you who fish the Delta you have probebly heard of Gene Buchholz. If not he is the owner of the Hook Line & Sinker in Oakley and the Hook on the water at Russos. Today during the AC/WRL tournament my parter and I had well lets just say some major boat issues to include a broken battery bracket on the starting battery, and our bilge went out. Well we were able to limp her back to Russos and get our fish weighed in a few minutes early and try to get the boat out of the water. Well we got her up on the trailer and then could not get the motor up due to the broken bracket. Gene came over and spent 15 or more minutes working on it with us and in the end we got the motor up and we got out of the way. Gene is a 100% stand up guy and really cares about the Delta and the folks who enjoy it. My partner and I will never forget what Gene did for us today. I for one feel gratefull for knowing him and for what he does for our sport! 
Thanks again Gene!! You are a stud and I will personally never forget what you did for us today!!!
