( Glenhaven reef area ) The docks are powered and the boat launch has a great turn around.
Its a beautiful piece of property and should be perfect for the tournement fisherman. There will be new bassfishing links added to ther website soon.
Hope you have a good trip!!

The new owners are cool as **** and are gearing towards fishermen.

Kennys got it right! LAKEPLACE RESORT in Glenhaven is the bomb! It has all new furnishings and the owners are super nice and on top of things. Launch ramp is private and you are in a perfect location in the narrows to fish any direction. The best part is this place is SAFE.
Free wireless Internet, dollar washing machine, no traffic, and there are even a few RV hook ups. Just put the trolling motor down and start fishing!

Bobby Higgings also has places for fishermen to stay adjoining to Limit Out Tackle. There is access to tackle, fishing info, food, gas, and a public boat ramp all nearby.

You might also check out Bluefish Cove in Clearlake Oaks. Fully furnished cottages, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, you can cook right there and save some buck$. Don't know about power, I didn't have my boat with me when I stayed there 4 or 5 years ago. I understand Cooch has stayed there, maybe he or Delta Dan can add something. Just a little bit closer than Glenhaven, too

I have stayed at the Super 8. Don't remember them having power besides running an extension cord out the window. AC semi-pro teams are out of Redbud. Thanx for the info Kenny, I will check it out.

Clear Lake lodging

Look for recommendations for a place to stay near Redbud. I have stayed at Lake Escape before and liked it but looking for something a little cheaper since it will be just an overnighter for tournys. Power for battery charger is the only definate amenity that I need. Thanx
