I agree BMX, it was big for Gary to call up. Gary is a great guy that runs a good tournament.

Re: Tourney pay out declaration

I talked to Gary as well. He told me everything I wanted to know. Do i think the payouts are good? If your in the options and in TOC contention it might be. But the initial payback on entry fee only isnt. But I appreciate Gary being honest. See eveybody Sunday for at least one more go.

Re: Tourney pay out declaration

I talked to Gary Watts last night. He explained to me that the missing percentage that we could not figure out is the money that goes to the payout at the TOC. I still believe that their paybacks are the worst in fishing but at least we know where that missing percentage went. I will fish a few WON events but I will jump all over the ABA. I am also going to talk to Ed Clarke from Tackle-It about maybe doing a summer series this year. Gary said Won does not post numbers on other websites.

Any Chance we could get a response from WON on any of this? Or from the Clearlake T.D???

So what about the guys who didnt weigh in? I dont see their names in the placings and havent heard anybody account for their entry in the total payout. I think you guys are right. Something is going on.

WON Bass anything can we get an answer. Or should we all just only fish ABA in the Clear Lake area. I really like fishing your events up here and Gary does a great job and is a good guy. Please just give us an answer.

Re: Tourney pay out declaration

I made the same comparison BMX.

In all fairness though I checked out the Won Bass Golden Valley division ran by Bill Cook and the payouts were way better, it must be a Clear Lake thing right

total $2030

ABA 1st $1844
2nd $1236
3rd $824
4th $368
6th $ 98
total $4370
