Re: Takedown Minnow Cal. Spreader Rig

Just received our new double-lok roller snap swivels. Everyone that ordered the proto types has the new snap swivels on them.

Just puts out so much more action to your baits, and if you happen to hook up with a big Striped Bass?
You can rest assured, if you have the equipment to reel him in, your Cal spreader Rig will not fail.
Lok snap swivels, have welded rings on both ends. These are the finest snaps, to be had anywhere.

Very nice Dale! I'd like to see image of the head and know what it weighs. So far it sounds like total rig may be 1 to 2 oz, or more.?

The weights in the Proto Type are 1/2 oz. and 1oz.
5" Takedowm Minnows are very light, have a 3/8oz weight hidden inside.

Takedown Minnow Cal. Spreader Rig

We have receive hundreds of calls, asking about a California style Spreader Rig. ( 5 Wire rig )

We resisted all the hype on the latest craze. We designed a similar rig, few years back for Striped Bass. There was no great interest in it, and they were really slow sellers.

This was before we made a small 5" swim bait called the "Takedown Minnow" Now with all the rave going on about this umbrella rig, we decided to put our baits together and see what happens.

I can tell you straight up, we were very impressed. No mater how you throw it, it always turns upright.

I want to give some of you a chance to give it a tryout. I have 12 (Complete) Ca. Spreader Rigs that i will ship to the first anglers that call me in the next couple weeks.

This is a $50.00 Value. I will ship the complete rig to you for $20.00 plus $6.00 with delivery confirmation shipping.
(anywhere in the lower 48 states).

This is limited time offer, as I only have a few proto types as i was designing the mold and wires bends. I would hope to get a few reviews?

This is what you will get with your Cal. Spreader Rig
Complete with blade and worth swivel.
Fat Grub
Quality 60lb. snaps with swivels.
Pro Pack of ( 4) Takedown minnows. Gives 1 spare bait.
