Castaic had 28 boats show up but the lake would not open because of the wind , 15 boats rolled down to Piru for a turkey shoot , this is going to be a fun region this year with traveling to all the different lakes. So far 28 boat draw with more than half the field willing to move to different lakes see you at Pyramid

Brian Linehan	USAC So Cal Traveling Region to kick off on Sat at Castaic. Hey guys- Just a reminder that the first tournament of the year for the Southern California Anglers Choice Region is this Saturday at Lake Castaic. This region is the only true traveling region in existence in Southern California and should be a real challenge. The schedule is below: 1/7/2012 Castaic 2/4/2012 Pyramid 3/4/2012 Cachuma 4/14/2012 Piru 5/6/2012 Pyramid 6/2/2012 Isabella I'll be at the West Ramp starting sign ups as soon as they open the gates for us. I'd imagine that they will open the gates around 5am. Remember to make sure that your boats are all dry and ready for the Quagga inspections. As most of you know, my tournament trailer was stolen in November and my new trailer will arrive in the next week. I'll be running the first derby from my 10x10 and will start the usual give aways and swag starting next month at Pyramid. If anyone has questions, please feel free to call or email.
