Rich Tauber	Evans and Emery Victorious at WON BASS Casitas 3/31 A field of 21 teams (no comps) were no match for young guns Brian Evans and Phillip Emery at the WON BASS "Casitas Region" event on 3/31. As they put it: "straight junk fishing" produced a 19.84 bag of bass and $2,100 in cash for there efforts. Brian and Phillip said they fished over 40 spots with a variety of lures to gather the title. Larry Elshere and Eric Elshere put together an 18.34 bag which included big bass and took home a whopping $1,615 for finishing 2nd. Point leaders Tim Whitehouse and Paul Beppu dropped a 17.99 sack on the scales for 3rd place and $620 in cash. And rounding out the top 4 were Jason Christmann and Dennnis Rodriguez with 17.60 pounds and $205 in cash. Next event on the "Casitas Region" tour is April 14th. 1.
